Official Decree Nº 2.094. that “grants the benefit of exoneration of the payment of the Tax On the Rent to the enrichment of Venezuelan source obtained by manufacturing establishments installed or to settle in the States: Delta Amacuro, Amazonas, Portuguesa, Barinas, Guarico, Trujillo and Sucre, like that the small or mediums industries (PyMis) installed or to settle in the Industrial Zones or Park that are specified”, published in the Official Newspaper Nº 37,576 of date 22 of November of 2002.
